What are Nail Snail's shipping costs?

We use Australia Post costs for all of our national and international postage. You can select additional services such as tracking and insurance at checkout.

 

How quickly is my order shipped?

We visit the local post office twice a week. So any orders received are shipped between Monday & Friday. 

 

How long until I get my delivery?

Once our orders are out the door, then it’s over to Australia Post. Normally it takes 3-5 business days for metro deliveries, or 5-10 business days if you’re further afield.

 

What if my delivery has taken longer than expected?

 If you’re order hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame, please reach out to us via hello@nail-snail.com. Please note that parcels without a tracking number can't be tracked. 

 

How do I track my package?

Once your package is packed and ready to go, we will send you a confirmation email that your order is on it's way. If you have selected tracking, your tracking number will be included. 

 

Do we ship internationally?

We sure do! Nail Snails have been sent all over the world.

 

What do I do if there is something wrong in my delivery?

If something is broken, you have received the wrong item or something is missing; if there is an issue with your order then just drop us a note, with your order number, at hello@nail-snail.com and we will sort you out.

 

I’ve placed my order, but my shipping details are incorrect. How can I change my details?

Please email hello@nail-snail.com immediately with your order number and your correct shipping details and we will try to fix up your details before it is dispatched.


I'd like to return my Nail Snail

We really hope this won’t be the case, but if there is a problem with your order and you wish to return it, email us via the Contact Us page. From there we will advise how to return the item for a refund or exchange should you be entitled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase and this form to be completed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds and Exchanges

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like it, break it using it for any other than its intended purpose, have used it incorrectly or have no use for it.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description;
  • doesn’t do what we said it would.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return and refund is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded by way of your original method of payment within thirty (30) days of approval.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If, after checking your bank account, you still have not yet received your refund, contact your financial institution. While the refund may have been processed at our end, it may not yet have been finalised by your financial institution.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product with a tracking number to:

If the product is found not to have a problem, you will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. Postage costs are non-refundable. 

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your order to reach you will vary. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-7 business days for standard shipping in Australia and up to approximately 15-20 business days for international orders.
